Leading, coaching, and motivating Store Managers and their teams across 10-15 sites in Western Sydney Driving sales, performance, and customer experience in line with brand expectations Ensuring stores maintain impeccable standards of presentation, VM, and service Building strong team culture and fostering future leaders within the business Analysing results, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximise success What skills will you bring?
